Terms and Conditions for Online Redemption and Delivery of OTO Vanda Lite Massage Chair (VN-03)

 

  1. Each redemption code is good for one-time redemption for one OTO Vanda Lite Massage Chair (model no.: VN-03) (“product”) on the online redemption platform (“platform”).
  2. The product will be entitled with one-time free standard delivery service in Hong Kong. 
  3. Redemption is required to be completed within 45 days after receiving the redemption code. Late redemption is not accepted and is deemed as giving up the product.
  4. If the redemption code is invalid or does not match the record of the platform, it will not be accepted and could not be used to redeem the product. If the redemption code is stolen and the product cannot be redeemed, OTO Bodycare (H.K.) Limited (“OTO”) assumes no responsibility.
  5. Redemption codes are not transferable, redeemable for cash or cannot be exchanged for other gift vouchers or gifts.
  6. By redeeming products from this platform, you agree to and accept the terms and conditions of this promotion and redemption programme. Once the redemption is confirmed, it cannot be changed or canceled.
  7. This offer is not applicable to OTO Point Rewards Programme and / or other additional product warranty programme of OTO, nor can this be used in conjunction with any gift voucher, cash coupon, promotional prices, OTO membership offers or other promotional offers.
  8. If the redemption is successful, a confirmation email will be sent to the email account that entered. If you cannot receive the confirmation email within 2 working days upon successful redemption, please check the spam email box first. If you still cannot receive it, please email to otocare@otobodycare.com.hk for inquiries.
  9. The product is entitled with one-year Hong Kong basic warranty, and the warranty period starts from the redemption date / delivery date shown on the redemption / delivery receipt. OTO warranty terms apply. 
  10. OTO delivery arrangement:
    1. Standard delivery service is available for this product and is limited to Hong Kong only. OTO will contact you within 14 working days after redemption to confirm the information that entered and arrange for subsequent standard delivery service. The delivery period is within 14 to 21 working days after the date of contact (except for uncontrollable reasons).
    2. OTO delivery time: Mondays to Fridays 11:00 to 18:00; Saturdays 11:00 to 17:00 (excluding Sundays and public holidays). Delivery service is only available for Hong Kong Island, Kowloon and New Territories.
    3. Correct information is required for delivery arrangement. Failure to receive relevant phone calls and / or messages from OTO delivery team will result in delayed delivery.
    4. If OTO delivery team delivers the product according to the address provided but the recipient refuses to accept the product delivered, OTO reserves the right to charge for the cost of the delivery service. 
    5. If there is a need to change the delivery content (such as delivery address, delivery time, etc.), you are required to inform OTO at least 7 working days (excluding Sundays and public holidays) prior to the originally scheduled delivery date and time, and OTO will notify you as soon as possible the new delivery date and time. Any short notice with less than 7 working days will not be arranged for change of delivery arrangement.
    6. If no one answers on the date of delivery, OTO reserves the right to charge for the delivery.
    7. This programme does not provide disposal service for old massage chair. 
    8. Below is the Delivery Fee Schedule (if applicable):

      One-way additional delivery fee

      • Ma Wan & Discovery Bay delivery fee:                                               HK$350
      • Other outlying islands (delivered to Central Pier):                Free

      Other additional surcharges

      1. In any case, if re-delivery is required, the one-way standard delivery fee is HK$500.
      2. Handling cost for landing stairs: If there is a need of moving the product up and down the stairs between the parking slot and the delivery building, and / or the delivery building inside or the flat inside does not have any elevator, or the product cannot fit in the elevator and needs to be transported via stairs, the charge is HK$50 each piece each storey (every 15 stairs or less is counted as a unit). You are required to pay the fee to the delivery person in cash at the time of delivery.
      3. Transportation cost of remote area delivery: For remote areas where vehicles cannot reach directly (150 meters or more between the entrance / exit of the delivery building and the parking slot) and the product must be transported by hand or by handcart to the delivery building, the one-way charge is HK$300 each piece.
      4. Product must be collected or delivery arrangement needs to be made within three (3) months from the date of redemption. If it is overdue and not taken, OTO reserves the right to charge for storage. After six (6) months, the uncollected product will be automatically forfeited.
  11. OTO will not be held responsible for any delay or failure to complete the delivery due to accidents, traffic conditions, weather conditions or other unforeseeable or uncontrollable reasons. The delivery arrangement will be postponed accordingly.
  12. Product photos are for reference only, and the photos may differ from the actual product due to photo quality. Any relevant discrepancies will not be grounds for a return request.
  13. Under any circumstances, OTO will not be held responsible for any early or late deliveries. This programme is also subject to other terms and conditions of OTO.
  14.  In case of any dispute, OTO reserves the right of final decision.
